What I do: install a new washbasin, vanity unit or shower screen, repair or partially retile, redo the sealant, fix leaks, make small layout changes, replace fittings, and reroute water supply and drainage pipes.
What I don't do: anything involving the boiler or gas.

What I don't do: work on the fuse box or meter cupboard.
What I do: replace HR++ (high-performance double) glazing in individual, easily accessible windows, lay flooring, adjust doors or windows, and fit skirting boards.
What I don't do: reglaze entire properties where scaffolding would be needed.
What I do: lay a garden path, repair a fence, and spruce up a garden shed.
